Nazanin Javanmardi is an attorney at the Corporate and Securities team at Geraci. She has years of experience representing businesses and related clients for transactional, litigation and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience with clients in the financial services industry and commercial settings in navigating legal issues by enforcing contracts or defending against enforcement, by drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and by successfully negotiating and resolving complex disputes and litigation.

Ms. Javanmardi earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After college, she decided to pursue her legal education at the Western State College of Law. Upon graduating from law school, she was awarded a distinction for public services.
