We thank you for partnering with our law firm and look forward to growing with you in 2023. Pursuant to the terms of our mutually executed engagement letter, we are reaching out to you to let you know that we are modifying our hourly legal fees.

Commencing December 26, 2022, the hourly rates of our professionals are as follows:

• $595.00 – $695.00 per hour for Partners
• $385.00 – $600.00 per hour for Associates and Of Counsels
• $150.00 – $225.00 per hour for paralegals, law clerks, loan processors, and legal assistants

The law firm shall continue to honor and agree to any flat fee matters mutually agreed upon in writing, and the rates above shall only be for our legal matters charged on an hourly basis.
