Carter Irwin is an attorney on the Corporate and Securities team at Geraci. Prior to joining Geraci, Mr. Irwin represented businesses, government entities, and individuals in a broad range of transactional, litigation, and insurance coverage matters. His experience includes drafting and reviewing real estate and business agreements, defending and enforcing contracts, investigating fraud, and resolving complex legal issues.

Mr. Irwin earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Business Law from Barrett, The Honors College, at Arizona State University. He then completed his legal education at Fowler School of Law School at Chapman University. While at Chapman, Mr. Irwin received CALI awards for earning the highest grades in Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Partnership Tax.
