Education
Mr. Diehl received his Bachelor of Science in Law degree from Northwestern California University School of Law in 2017 and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern California University School of Law in 2020, and a minor in Aeronautic Science. He gained admission to the State Bar of California in 2021 and is admitted to practice in all District Courts of California, Texas, Indiana, Oklahoma, and Michigan.
Mr. Diehl brings a wealth of experience in debt collection litigation and bankruptcy law. He managed and litigated hundreds of cases involving the largest creditors in the country. He successfully represented creditors and debtors in Chapters 7, 13, and 11, as well as FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and Rosenthal claims. His extensive knowledge in bankruptcy and debt collection enables him to skillfully navigate complex litigation, earning him a reputation as a strong advocate in his field.

In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Diehl's diverse background includes prior service as an Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administration.
