Ricky Shah graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He then worked as a paralegal in multiple midsize and large firms, working on numerous complex securities, antitrust, and employment litigation matters.  He then attended and graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2010.

Ricky has a broad experience in business, employment and real estate litigation matters, having successfully litigated within a variety of industries including loan servicers, commercial landlords, hotels and motels, mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, homeowners’ associations, restaurants, and medical providers.  He handles all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts on disputes involving breach of contract, commercial and residential leases, and partnership and dissolution disputes.  He also counsels clients in contractual disputes through prelitigation and through various alternative dispute resolution processes.
