Matthew Gunter is an attorney with Geraci LLP in the Banking and Finance practice group. Mr. Gunter joined Geraci in April 2022 but brings years of experience working as the General Counsel for a large private lender. Mr. Gunter has led teams of professionals in loan document preparation, closing support, legal underwriting, licensing and compliance, and foreclosure and loss mitigation management. Mr. Gunter’s practice involves representing numerous private lenders in mortgage loan transactions nationwide.
