Darren Roman is a Senior Attorney at Geraci LLP in the Banking and Finance group. He has extensive experience in helping banks, private lenders, brokers, developers, structure and document complex loan transactions. He also has extensive experience representing lenders in new markets tax credit financings and bank as trustee and fiscal agent counsel in tax exempt bond financings.
